Who Is Peatchi?
A peach â round, blushing, and carrying the particular cultural weight of the most auspicious fruit in East Asian tradition. Momo (æ¡) is Japanese for peach, but Peatchi takes the English peach as its name root, giving it an international accessibility. The design is the peach itself as a character: the fruit with a face, embodied.
The near-perfect result for the Forest Field’s Forest Sprout Species. A peach in the near-perfect bracket is appropriate â in Japanese and Chinese folklore, the peach is a fruit of longevity and divine blessing, associated with careful cultivation and special care. You don’t get a sacred peach by accident.

How to Get Peatchi
Step 1 â Be on the Jade Forest shell
The Forest Field is only available on the Jade Forest shell among the 2025 Paradise launch lineup.
Step 2 â Feed default pellets during the Kid stage
The Forest Sprout Species path requires no dominant food type â feed default Pellets only so that no food-type icon appears in your Tama Cell.
If you’ve accidentally built up one food type (Peking Meat, Bamboo Grass, or Pomegranate), switch to Pellets to dilute it. Switching fields clears all food icons instantly.
Step 3 â Hit the right care level
Requirement: 0 to 1 total care mistakes across the Kid and Young stages combined.
How care mistakes work: A mistake = hunger or happiness hits zero and you wait 15+ minutes after the attention call before responding. Mistakes accumulate from the Kid stage onward.
Track your mistakes: Zoom into Cell View. Each spiral icon = one care mistake.
Important: Zero mistakes + 5 hunger maxes + 5 happiness maxes â Shiitaketchi instead. To reliably get Peatchi, allow 1 mistake, or maintain 0 mistakes without hitting the full meter-maxing threshold.
Full Forest Sprout Species Evolution Line
All four Forest Sprout adults come from Forest Sprout Young, raised in the Forest Field on a default or mixed diet during the Kid stage (no dominant food type).

|---|---|
| Shiitaketchi | Perfect care â 0 mistakes + Hunger maxed 5Ã+ + Happy maxed 5Ã+ |
| Peatchi â you are here | Near-perfect â 0â1 total mistakes |
| Nappatchi | Moderate neglect â 2â5 total mistakes |
| Rushraditchi | Heavy neglect â 6+ total mistakes |
Fun Facts
The peach (momo, æ¡) holds sacred status in East Asian cultures â in Japanese mythology, MomotarÅ (Peach Boy) emerged from a peach; in Taoism, the peach tree of immortality produces fruit only once every three thousand years. As the near-perfect Forest Sprout result, Peatchi inherits this association: the peach as something that rewards patient, careful cultivation. The 50/80-minute stat split gives it one of the more comfortable maintenance profiles in the Forest Sprout line â easier than Shiitaketchi’s perfect-care requirements and more relaxed than most other near-perfect adults.
Food Preferences
| Category | Details |
|---|---|
| Favorite type | Sweet fruit items â Pomegranate Juice, Red Bean Cake, Mochi, Fruit Cake (peach as a sweet, fruity character preferring other fruits and sweets) |
| Disliked foods | Savory/meat items â Braised Pork, Chashu Pork, Steak trigger rejection |
| Note | A peach character preferring other sweet fruit-based foods over savory meat is straightforwardly on-theme. Thematic inference; verify in-game. |
Personality & Raising Tips
Peatchi’s 50/80-minute split is comfortable for a near-perfect character. The 80-minute happiness drain gives real breathing room between games; the 50-minute hunger timer is the primary regular demand. Check in roughly every 50 minutes with feeding bias, and play once per 80-minute cycle.
The Forest Sprout path requires only default Pellets during Kid â no specific food items to stock. This makes the path logistically simple; the only challenge is the care level requirement.
For intentional Peatchi runs: Pellets only during Kid, then attentive care with 0â1 mistakes through Young. One mistake allowed gives a safety buffer. Don’t actively max both meters (which tips into Shiitaketchi territory). The 30% sick chance gives more margin than other fields if illness triggers.
Personality in lore: Sweet, rounded, and carrying a warmth that feels like something cupped in both hands. Peatchi is the character most often described as “comforting” in the Forest Field â fnot powerful, not particularly rare, but genuinely pleasant to be around. It arrived via near-perfect care and it shows: careful attention produced something gentle and unhurried. Fans note that Peatchi has the most “cozy” energy in the Forest Sprout line.
Who Should Raise Peatchi?
Peatchi is ideal for dedicated players who want a near-perfect Forest Sprout character with very comfortable maintenance once raised. The 50-minute hunger timer requires regular check-ins, but the 80-minute happiness drain is among the slowest in the Forest Field â games are almost never urgent. One mistake is allowed during the Young stage, and the Forest Sprout path requires no food prep (just default Pellets during Kid), making this one of the logistically simplest near-perfect paths in the field. You must own the Jade Forest shell. The 30% sick chance is the standard Forest Field structural advantage over other fields’ 35%.
How Peatchi Compares
Peatchi’s 50-minute hunger drain sits in the faster half of documented Forest Field characters â faster than Lessapantchi (60m), Forest Horhotchi (70m), Tokipatchi (70m), and Nappatchi (70m), but slower than Tanoontchi (40m) or Kuchipatchi-Forest (30m). Its 80-minute happiness drain is tied for the slowest in the Forest Field alongside Lessapantchi and Nappatchi. Among Forest Sprout siblings, Peatchi is faster on hunger than Nappatchi (70m) but identical on happiness (80m). The combination of 50m hunger and 80m happiness makes Peatchi unique: the fastest-draining hunger in the species line paired with the joint-slowest happiness. Overall maintenance is comfortable despite the faster hunger. The 30% sick chance applies to all Forest Sprout characters.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why is the peach the near-perfect result instead of a more prestigious design?
In Japanese tradition, the peach is already prestige â it’s associated with immortality, divine protection, and sacred cultivation. A near-perfect bracket makes the peach more earned than accessible, which fits the cultural register. Peatchi requires very close to perfect care to obtain.
Can Peatchi appear on other shells?
No â the Forest Field is exclusive to the Jade Forest shell among the 2025 launch lineup.
Can Peatchi breed?
Yss. All adults in Tamagotchi Paradise can breed with any compatible adult of the opposite gender. After breeding, the egg hatches into Babymarutchi and the evolution cycle starts fresh â the baby’s adult form depends on your field, food, and care choices, not on which parents bred.
About This Character’s Field
The Forest Field is the home field of the Jade Forest shell and is not available on other 2025 launch shells. Forest Field characters have Peking Meat, Bamboo Grass, Pomegranate, and Default Pellet evolution paths. All Forest Field characters have a 30% sick chance (with one exception).
