Which Land Should You Buy?

• Never bought one before? Very Berry Land is free. Start there.
• Keep hatching males and running out of options? PokoPea Land is five-of-seven male; Tamamori Fashion Show★ is three-of-six.
• Want a roster that does not care what you hatched? Esther Bunny World — all five characters are gender-neutral.
• Want the most characters per ticket? Sanrio Characters, at ten. Be warned it is also the least forgiving to feed.
• Want something that changes the game, not just the cast? Angel Festival or Monster Carnival — the only two lands that alter evolution and death animations.
• Collecting everything? Standard tickets are 900¥ (~$6); collaborations are $7.20.

One Rule Everyone Gets Wrong

Land characters have nothing to do with care mistakes. Care quality decides your base-roster adult. Land characters are decided entirely by which food or item you used most before adulthood. Feeding a bit of everything is the single most common reason people end up with a base character when they wanted a land one.

Each land page has a safe stock list — the shop items that trigger nothing — so you can keep hunger and happiness topped up without voting for a character you do not want.

Every downloadable land, what’s inside it, and how to raise each one’s exclusive characters

The Tamagotchi Uni’s built-in roster is only half the story. Through the Tamaverse, Bandai keeps adding downloadable “lands” — themed worlds that each bring a fresh cast of characters, an on-theme mini-game, and a shop full of new food, items, accessories, and furniture to buy with Gotchi Points. If you’ve raised every base character and want something new, this is where the Uni really opens up.

How Downloadable Lands Work

A few rules are worth knowing before you start collecting:

• One land at a time. The Uni can only hold one land’s content at once. Loading a new land replaces the current one.
• You can’t swap mid-character. If you’re currently raising an adult that’s exclusive to a land, you can’t remove that land’s data until your next generation (or until the character moves out or passes on).
• Free and paid. Some lands are free; others are a few dollars. Either way, you grab them the same way.

Getting a land onto your Uni

1. Go to the Tamaverse Ticket Shop website and register an account.
2. Buy (or claim, if it’s free) the ticket for the land you want.
3. A download code is emailed to you, along with instructions.
4. Enter the code on your Uni to load the land.

How to Get a Land’s Exclusive Characters

Land characters don’t appear from care quality alone — you trigger them with items. The rule:

Feed your Tamagotchi the meal or snack (or play with the item) tied to the character you want at least 3 times during the Child and Teen stages. It won’t work once your Tamagotchi is an adult.

Because requirements stack, the item you use most is the one that wins. For example, feeding a teen plenty of Fruit Candy in Very Berry Land steers it toward Tanghulutchi. Pick your target before your Tamagotchi grows up, then lean into that item.
