Who Is Hatchitchi?

A bee — fuzzy, striped, and carrying the productive energy of something that has turned perpetual motion into a lifestyle. Hachi (蜂) is Japanese for bee, and Hatchitchi combines that with the standard -tchi suffix and a slight mutation that gives it a warmer sound. The design communicates: small, busy, and very much on a schedule that isn’t yours.

The heavy-neglect result for the Sky Field’s Bumble Species. Hatchitchi didn’t get consistent attention, and it responded by developing the self-sufficient industriousness of a bee — when no one is guiding it, it finds its own purpose and commits to it completely.

How to Get Hatchitchi

Step 1 — Get into the Sky Field
Start on the Purple Sky shell, which begins in the Sky Field. On the Blue Water and Pink Land shells, the Sky Field unlocks at Level 4. The Sky Field is not available on the Jade Forest shell.

Step 2 — Feed the right food during the Kid stage
Target food type: Honey
Specific foods: Flower Syrup, Honey Syrup — from the shop. Flower Drops — cooked.

Feed until you have at least one Honey icon in your Tama Cell, then switch to Pellets.

Step 3 — Hit the right care level
Requirement: 6 or more total care mistakes across the Kid and Young stages combined.

Let hunger or happiness hit zero, wait 15 minutes after the attention call, refill, and repeat until you have 6+ spiral icons in Cell View. Once you hit 6, Hatchitchi is locked in regardless of anything else that happens.

Full Bumble Species Evolution Line

All four Bumble adults come from Honey Young, raised in the Sky Field on a diet of Honey foods during the Kid stage.

Character How to Get

Kabutotchi Near-perfect — 0–1 total mistakes

Hatchitchi ← you are here Heavy neglect — 6+ total mistakes

Fun Facts

Hatchitchi completes the Bumble Species as a bee — the animal whose entire existence is defined by collecting honey, which is also the food that produces its Young form. The evolutionary irony of a honey-fed character becoming a bee as the result of maximum neglect is one of Paradise’s quiet design touches. Drain rates are pending documentation in the English community.

Food Preferences

Category Details
Favorite type Flower/honey items — Honey Syrup, Flower Syrup, Flower Drops, Honey Cake
Disliked foods Meat items — Big Meat, Steak, Grilled Meat trigger rejection
Note A bee that likes honey is perhaps the least surprising food preference in the entire game. Thematic inference; verify in-game.

Personality & Raising Tips

Drain rates aren’t yet documented for Hatchitchi. Once stats are confirmed by the community, this section will update with specific maintenance guidance.

What is known: Hatchitchi is the heavy-neglect Bumble result, and like other heavy-neglect characters across fields, it’s likely to have at least one demanding stat as the distinguishing feature of its maintenance experience.

For intentional Hatchitchi runs: Honey food during Kid until the icon appears, then 6+ deliberate mistakes during Young. Watch for illness at the risky mistake counts (1, 5, 7) — the 35% sick chance applies throughout. Once you’re past 6 spiral icons, the adult outcome is set.

Personality in lore: Industrious, purposeful, and operating on its own internal agenda. Hatchitchi doesn’t wait to be told what to do — it has already identified what needs doing and is in the middle of doing it. Fans describe it as the character that makes you feel like you’re behind on something just by being nearby.

Who Should Raise Hatchitchi?

Hatchitchi is for experimental players or deliberate neglecters who want to see the Bumble Species’ maximum-neglect result. Since drain rates are not yet documented, it’s hard to give specific maintenance guidance — but heavy-neglect characters in Tamagotchi Paradise typically have at least one demanding stat that distinguishes them from better-cared-for siblings. Check in frequently (every 45–60 minutes as a safe baseline) until community data fills in the specifics.

How Hatchitchi Compares

Hatchitchi’s drain rates are not yet confirmed, limiting direct comparison. Within the Bumble Species, it occupies the heavy-neglect bracket alongside undocumented Tentotchi (moderate, also pending), sitting below Kabutotchi (50/70) in the care hierarchy. Compared to other documented heavy-neglect Sky Field adults — Batchi (40/50) and Kiwitchi (60/70) — Hatchitchi’s exact position in the field’s maintenance spectrum awaits community confirmation. If it follows the field’s heavy-neglect pattern, expect at least one stat to be faster than average.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can Hatchitchi breed normally?
Yes. Heavy neglect adults breed like any other adult in Tamagotchi Paradise.

Can Hatchitchi appear on other shells?
Yes — Blue Water and Pink Land (with Sky Field unlocked at Level 4) can produce Hatchitchi given 6+ care mistakes and Honey Young.

Can Hatchitchi breed?
Yes. All adults in Tamagotchi Paradise can breed with any compatible adult of the opposite gender. After breeding, the egg hatches into Babymarutchi and the evolution cycle starts fresh — the baby’s adult form depends on your field, food, and care choices, not on which parents bred.
