Who Is Tentotchi?
A ladybug â round, red, spotted, and radiating the cheerful energy of something that everyone agrees is cute and nobody feels threatened by. TentÅ mushi (ã¦ãã¨ãè«) is Japanese for “ladybug,” and Tentotchi leans into the design fully: compact body, prominent spots, and an expression that’s somewhere between serene and pleased with itself.
The moderate-neglect result for the Sky Field’s Bumble Species. Tentotchi didn’t get the most attentive upbringing, and the result is a character with the easy, adaptable temperament of something that figured out how to get along with the world rather than demanding the world accommodate it.

How to Get Tentotchi
Step 1 â Get into the Sky Field
Start on the Purple Sky shell, which begins in the Sky Field. On the Blue Water and Pink Land shells, the Sky Field unlocks at Level 4. The Sky Field is not available on the Jade Forest shell.
Step 2 â Feed the right food during the Kid stage
Target food type: Honey
Specific foods: Flower Syrup, Honey Syrup â from the shop. Flower Drops â cooked.
Feed until you have at least one Honey icon in your Tama Cell, then switch to Pellets.
Step 3 â Hit the right care level
Requirement: 2 to 5 total care mistakes across the Kid and Young stages combined.
How to accumulate care mistakes intentionally:
Let hunger or happiness hit zero, wait for the attention call, then wait an additional 15 minutes before responding. Repeat until you have 2â5 spiral icons in Cell View. Stop at 5 â one more pushes into Hatchitchi territory.
Track your count: Zoom into Cell View. Each spiral icon = one care mistake.
Full Bumble Species Evolution Line
All four Bumble adults come from Honey Young, raised in the Sky Field on a diet of Honey foods during the Kid stage.
| Character | How to Get |

| Papillotchi | Perfect care â 0 mistakes + Hunger maxed 5Ã+ + Happy maxed 5Ã+ |
| Kabutotchi | Near-perfect â 0â1 total mistakes |
| Tentotchi â you are here | Moderate neglect â 2â5 total mistakes |
| Hatchitchi | Heavy neglect â 6+ total mistakes |
Key reminder: Care mistakes are cumulative from the Kid stage onward. Two mistakes as a Kid plus one as a Young equals three total.
Fun Facts
Tentotchi is the only ladybug character in Tamagotchi Paradise, and one of very few across the entire Tamagotchi franchise. The ladybug has strong symbolic associations in Japanese culture with luck and good fortune, which makes it an interesting choice for the moderate-neglect result â you get a lucky character by not trying too hard. Drain rates are pending documentation.
Food Preferences

| Favorite type | Plant/flower items â Flower Syrup, Flower Drops, Bamboo Grass, Sesame Leaves |

| Note | Ladybugs eat aphids and plant matter in nature â Tentotchi’s preferences follow a soft herbivore/flower diet. Thematic inference; verify in-game. |
Personality & Raising Tips
Drain rates aren’t yet documented for Tentotchi in the English community, so day-to-day maintenance specifics will fill in once confirmed. The character is on the Bumble Species honey-food path, which has consistent sourcing â Flower Syrup and Honey Syrup from the shop, Flower Drops as a cooked option.
For intentional Tentotchi runs: Honey food during Kid until the icon appears, then 2â5 deliberate mistakes during Young. Same bracket mechanics as all other moderate-neglect targets â accumulate in controlled fashion, watch the spiral count in Cell View, and stop before 6.
Personality in lore: Light, adaptable, and pleasant to be around without making demands. Tentotchi moves at a comfortable pace and gets along with most characters without effort. Fans describe it as the “cozy” insect result â the one that settles into a routine and seems quietly satisfied with that arrangement.
Who Should Raise Tentotchi?
Tentotchi suits players who want a forgiving unlock bracket â the 4-mistake window (2â5) is accessible without deliberate grinding. Because drain rates aren’t yet documented, specific maintenance advice will be added when confirmed. Based on the Bumble Species pattern and moderate-neglect positioning, a mid-range stat profile is likely. If you’re on the Honey food path and letting occasional care calls slip, Tentotchi is a natural landing spot.
How Tentotchi Compares
Tentotchi’s exact drain rates are not yet confirmed, making a full comparison impossible. Within the Bumble Species, it occupies the moderate-neglect bracket between Kabutotchi (50/70) and Hatchitchi (undocumented). Based on field patterns, moderate-neglect Bumble adults likely sit in a mid-range stat window â probably somewhere between Kabutotchi’s 50-minute hunger and the heavier drain of neglect characters. Compared to other documented moderate-neglect adults in the Sky Field (Kuchipatchi at 30/90, Ishikorotchi at 90/80), Tentotchi’s placement should be more average once data is available.
