Who Is Mongatchi?
A quick, alert creature with the darting eyes and forward-leaning posture of something that’s always tracking movement just outside its field of vision. Compact build, fast reflexes, and the kind of low-level alertness that never fully switches off.

How to Get Mongatchi
Step 1 â Get into the Sky Field
Start on the Purple Sky shell, which begins in the Sky Field. On the Blue Water and Pink Land shells, the Sky Field unlocks at Level 4. The Sky Field is not available on the Jade Forest shell.
Step 2 â Feed the right food during the Kid stage
Target food type: Chicken
Specific foods: Whole Chicken, Piece of Chicken â from the shop. Chicken Steak â cooked.
â ï¸ Device bug on original 3-color shells: The device screen swaps the labels “Flap Young” and “Chirp Young.” Your Tama Cell may show the wrong Young name â the evolution paths still work correctly.
Feed until you have at least one Chicken icon showing in your Tama Cell. You only need one dominant icon â once it appears, you can switch to cheap Pellets.
Step 3 â Hit the right care level
Requirement: 0 to 1 total care mistakes across the Kid and Young stages.
How care mistakes work in Tamagotchi Paradise:
Care mistakes accumulate across both the Kid and Young stages combined â they don’t reset at evolution. A mistake happens when hunger or happiness hits zero and you don’t respond within the grace period (15 minutes after the attention call).
How to track your mistakes: Zoom into Cell View using the dial. Each spiral icon = one care mistake.
The sick risk: After certain mistake counts (1, 5, 7â¦), there’s a 35% chance your Tamagotchi gets sick. Treat illness immediately from Cell View or it counts as another mistake.
Important: If you hit exactly 0 mistakes AND maxed both meters 5+ times each, you’ll get Horhotchi (perfect care) instead. To reliably get Mongatchi, aim for exactly 1 mistake, or allow 0 mistakes without maxing the meters 5 times.
