Who Is Mametchi?
Mametchi is the mascot of the entire Tamagotchi franchise and the prestige adult of the Mame Family on the V4. Defined by his round yellow head, black ear-bumps, and dedication to study and invention, he has represented ideal Tamagotchi care since 1996. On the V4 he sits at the top of the Mame Family Intelligence branch — the reward for players who pour their skill points into books, school, and science-themed work shifts.

He can evolve further into the rare special character Tensaitchi if he accumulates 350 or more Intelligence points and 450 or more total points as an adult. How to Get Mametchi on V4
Keep care mistakes to 0–2 during the child stage so your Harutchi or Puchitchi evolves into a Mame teen (Young Mametchi or Young Androtchi). Then focus all training on Intelligence — play the Intelligence mini-game, attend school, and choose study or science job shifts. When Intelligence leads all three skills and your total clears 80, your teen evolves into Mametchi. For Tensaitchi, keep grinding past 350 Intelligence and 450 total.

Fun Facts
Mametchi’s IQ is listed at approximately 250, making him one of the smartest characters in the series. A statue of Mametchi stands outside Bandai’s Tokyo headquarters and gets a raincoat installed whenever it rains. He is voiced by Rie Kugimiya in the Japanese anime and has appeared in Mario Kart Arcade GP 2 as a playable driver.
Food Preferences
Mametchi’s favourite and least-favourite foods on the V4 have not been confirmed in publicly available documentation. On the V2 and V3 his favourite was Omelet; his V3 least-favourite was Bananas.
