Who Is Hanatchi?
Hanatchi resembles a small blue worm or seal with a tiny wriggly body and a large, defined head. Her most prominent feature is her enormous pink nose with three protruding whiskers — a result of chronic allergies that torment her every year. Her nose inflates when she gets mad. Honest and good-natured, she is described as a frail Tamagotchi, but her big nose is her charming point.
On the V4, Hanatchi is the average-care Universal Group female — not as clean as Pyonkotchi, but not as neglected as Masktchi.

Hanatchi sleeps from 10 PM to 10 AM — the longest sleep window of any V4 Universal adult, giving her less waking activity time. Note: on V3 she slept 9 PM to 9 AM; her V4 schedule shifts later.
How to Get Hanatchi on V4
Step 1 — Keep skill points low. Total skill points must be under 80 at evolution. Skip school and skill games.
Step 2 — Allow ~3 care mistakes. Let hunger or happiness drop empty briefly a few times during the teen stage without pushing to 4+.
Step 3 — Wait for evolution. Any female teen with these conditions can become Hanatchi 24–48 hours after the teen stage begins.

Hanatchi debuted on the original Tamagotchi Connection (V1) in 2004 and is one of the few characters to appear on all four Connection generations covered by this dex. On V3 she was a Frail (average care) Odd-generation adult; on V4 she moves to the Universal Group. She is the female counterpart of Debatchi.
Food Preferences
Hanatchi loves Grapes — consistent with her V3 preference. She dislikes Corn Dogs. Note that Corn Dogs are Pyonchitchi’s favorite, so you’ll need different snack stock depending on which Universal character you’re raising.
