Bill is one of Tamagotchi’s most historically layered characters. How to Get Bill on V3
Step 1 — Even generation only
Bill requires an even generation: Gen 2, 4, 6, and so on. Breed your Gen 1 adult to access even generations. Odd-gen Naughty adults are Tarakotchi, Paparatchi, and Mimiyoritchi.
Step 2 — Mental neglect during teen stage
Miss happiness and discipline calls for 15+ minutes more often than hunger calls. Aim for 5+ mental mistakes vs. 2–3 physical during the teen stage to reach the Naughty tier.
Step 3 — Random draw among Naughty even-gen adults
With Naughty care on an even generation, you’ll get one of: Bill, Pipotchi, or Dorotchi. Random 1-in-3 draw.

Bill is one of only a handful of Tamagotchi characters whose naming was directly shaped by Western political culture.
