The keychain Tamagotchi and its dozens of licensed crossovers
What Is the Nano Line?
The Tamagotchi nano is a miniature, simplified keychain device. Its defining feature is an ongoing stream of licensed collaboration editions — each one restyles the hardware and characters around a different franchise, with new editions released regularly. The care loop stays simple and identical across editions; what changes is the theme.

This is a sample, not the full list — Bandai adds new anime, game, and pop-culture editions regularly.
How the Editions Differ
Mechanically, every nano plays the same: a simple feed-clean-play loop with a single creature. Collaboration editions change the characters, art, and shell, and some add themed touches or exclusive characters. If you have played one nano, you can pick up any edition instantly.
Which Edition Should You Get?
Pick by the franchise you love — since care is identical, the right nano is simply the one with your favourite characters on it. They are inexpensive, collectible, and make great gifts. For the device basics, see the main Tamagotchi Nano guide.
